Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To process a return, please contact us at householdtoolsandgoods@gmail.com with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Custom or personalized products, clearance items, and opened consumables are not eligible for return.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
